I believe true healing is Mental, Physical, Emotional and Energetic..

I began my Healing Services at NHS Direct and Redbridge Health Authority back in 2002 giving Reflexology, Reiki and Acupressure to their Staff. I have always believed in the Mind/Body connection and over the last few years have expanded my knowledge doing many courses regarding Emotional Well Being and WHY we think and feel the way we do.

Many of us may continue living in "Survival mode". These ingrained behaviours and beliefs run deep. We can often be triggered via our old wounds (often from Childhood) until we bring these into our awareness to be healed. Once we accept that we would like change and given the right tools we may then live from a more balanced perspective.
