I have had two BC healing sessions with Nicky, both relating to childhood trauma’s which have impacted on my adult life. I have had a spiritual understanding all of my life and have worked on healing myself and others. I am a great believer in “inner child healing/therapy”

However, recently I have been suffering some anxiety and although to a great extent I knew the answers to my issues, her therapy sessions really helped me to “Feel” the inner child and to release my anxiety and over thinking mind. Nicky has helped me to acknowledge my behaviour’s when life knocks me down and how they stem from childhood. I felt so calm and tired after both sessions, like a weight had been lifted. I recognise that healing is an ongoing process and I still need to work on myself. I have taken this onboard as part of my journey.
